Invite new members to your LEANSTACK Organization

Who can use this feature?

  • Organization Owners and Admins can invite new members to the organization.
  • Project Owners and Admins can invite new members into their projects and if they don't already exist in the organization, they are also added there.

Send a new invitation

Invite new members to join your organization from the Manage People page.

  1. Click your avatar in the top right to open the Settings Menu and select Manage People.

  2. Click Add a Full Member. Paid teams also have the option of inviting Guests.
  3. Enter the email address, first name, and last name of the person you'd like to invite.
  4. If you're sending more than one invitation, click Add another invitation. You can also send invites in bulk by choosing Invite many people at once.
  5. Click the Send Invitations button to send.

Guest Accounts

Paid teams have the option to invite new members as Guests.

To invite a new member with guest access, follow the same steps above but select Add a Guest instead of Add a Full Member.

Manage your invitations

Pending and accepted invitations for your team can be viewed online from the Manage People page. You can also resend an invitation when you click the name of the team member you invited.
