Who's It For?

These workshops are designed for educators, mentors, and consultants leading early-stage teams to Problem/Solution Fit which is the first significant validation milestone for a startup.

Level 1 certification is a pre-requisite for Level 2 training.

What You'll Learn

You'll learn how to guide your teams through the demand validation playbook  broken into three distinct stages:

  1. Problem Discovery
  2. Solution Design
  3. Offer Delivery

Agenda

The workshop is run over 4 half days of lectures, interactive Q&A, and hands-on practice.

Day 1: Coaching the Demand Validation Playbook

Problem discovery is the flywheel that powers continuous innovation. But, getting early-stage teams to conduct “good” problem discovery is challenging for a couple of reasons:

1. Overcoming their Innovator’s bias (aka love for solution).
2. Teaching them effective interviewing skills without overwhelming them.

You'll learn a novel approach to teaching problem discovery using “expert” simulations and behavior design over lecturing.

Day 2: The Problem Discovery Sprint

This workshop breaks down problem discovery into three teachable skills:

  1. Prospecting
  2. Conducting interviews
  3. Extracting Insights

Day 3: The Solution Design Sprint

Even if your teams conduct “good” interviews, the next major challenge is extracting actionable (evidence-based) insights from their interviews, which is a lot of work (affinity mapping, clustering, etc.) and prone to even more biases.

In this workshop, you'll learn how to leverage our Customer Forces AI Co-pilot to streamline insight mapping, objectively analyze interviews, and prioritize problems worth solving.

Day 4: The Mafia Offer Delivery Sprint

In this final workshop, you'll learn how to help your teams assembling their problem insights into an offer customers cannot refuse and coach them through delivery and optimization.
