Day 3: Product/Customer Fit
In this workshop, we'll cover tactical recipes for onboarding and customer success for driving an MVP to the first significant value delivery milestone: a repeatable business model.
Day 4: The Road to Product/Market Fit
In this final workshop, we'll preview that path to product/market fit and the search for a scalable business models.
